
HR Control
The human resources area is the only one in which control work is not limited to be one more area of administration of the company, but extends to people who constitute its staff and other external agents thereof
When using control tasks deviations are detected or is found that the progress of the plans will not provide the desired results, some of the initial objectives or some of the actions foreseen in the plans and programs are amended.
Control centers and authority.

The director was not enough to make decisions and give their employees the necessary orders to ensure that these decisions are implemented, but also to see how they are executed their orders in time.
The design of a control area must have the number of subordinates who can be served by a director in mind.

According to the regulations governing labor relations in Spain and Canada workers have basic rights as follows:
- Work and free choice of profession or trade.

- Collective bargaining

- Participation in the company
Representative bodies are:
- Delegates of staff
The representation of employees in the company or in the workplace who are under 50 and more than 10 employees up to the delegates.
Staff representatives appear before the employer as holders of a common collective representation of all workers
- Works councils
The Committee is defined as the representative and collegial body of all the workers in companies or workplaces whose census is more than 50 workers.
The election of members of the Works Council will be by free suffrage, direct and secret.
The powers that have recognized representative bodies are:
- Receive information in general about the company (production, sales, employment, etc.)
- Receive a basic copy of the employment contract.
- Know the documents that the company provides to members, and under the same conditions thereof.
- Issuing a report on the following issues:
- Restructuring of workforce
- Reductions in working hours
- Vocational training plans
- Implementation or revision of systems of organization and control work.
- Study of time, premiums and assessments of jobs
- Issuing a report on any incident that affects the number of jobs (merger, acquisition, etc.)
- Know the models work contract
- Be informed of the sanctions imposed for offenses very serious
- Knowing quarterly rate of absenteeism, accidents and occupational diseases.
- Should perform surveillance in compliance with existing labor standards and employment security

The members of the council and staff representatives have, as representatives of employees, the following guarantees:

The right of assembly
As we saw previously, workers have a legally enforceable right of assembly; that is, they can meet in assembly.
Control by collective agreements
The collective agreement is a contract agreed and signed by several parties where the rules binding on the signatories, governing working conditions are established and that protect the rights and the obligations to which the parties to the pledge I agree.
Collective agreements are the result of negotiation between employers and employees.
The content of the collective agreement consists of a series of clauses or covenants that usually distinguish between a mandatory and other regulatory nature.
The control by the unions.
A union can be defined as a permanent grouping constituted by a plurality of persons engaged in activities aimed at improving the representation of their interests and their living conditions.
The Spanish Constitution explicitly establishes the right of freedom of association and guarantees the right of everyone to associate freely for the promotion and defense of their occupational interests.
The union's constitution must determine its representative bodies, government and administration and operation.
Control by the company.
Business associations must abide by its charter, which established themselves, and they must include their names, the territorial scope of the association, the representative bodies of government and administration, the economic resources that are endowed and the intake system of its members.
